Warranty: Return/Refund Policy

CLUR is happy to offer full 14 day refund on products.

Disclaimer: Damages and Discrepancies

Any damages and/or discrepancies must be reported to CLUR within 1 week of receiving your order. Any claim must be accompanied by photos of the parcel your order came in, the shipping label, and photos of the product you received. We do not accept returns on orders shipped internationally (outside of the continental United States)

  • Items should be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.

  • Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment for which they were paid for.

  • Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.

  • Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging.

Online orders where PayPal was used as the form of payment must be returned to our offices

In-person sale which was purchased by a local sales representative must have customer pay for return postage by mail.

The cost for postage, duties, taxes and any potential brokerage fees must be covered by the customer as CLUR covers these costs when shipping into the USA and abroad. We often find that the cost of this many be more than the product themselves so it may not be worth it. The only way to be certain would be to contact your shipping carrier to see what the costs associated with shipping the goods back to the United States would be.

International Orders (outside of US)

Please note: International orders (outside of the United States) may be subject to duties and taxes separate from the shipping costs already paid at the time of placing the order. The customer (you) is responsible to pay the duties and taxes determined by the local government of the shipping destination.* All international customers will be emailed within 24 business hours of ordering and will be asked to acknowledge their awareness of the extra fees. If that email is not replied to within 14 days the order will be cancelled.
